    <li>IC of all Applicants</li>

    <li>Letter of Approval to own land from the Prime Minister Office (for monthly paid Government employee only (Officer on Monthly Paid) ) - General Order Requirement</li>
    <li>
        The following are to be attached in a statement for Landowner who only has one (1) piece of land
        <ol>
            <li>EDR/LOT number or TOL number of Applicant’s Residence</li>
            <li>Rented, own residence or lodging</li>
            <li>Relationship of the applicant with the owner of the residence if lodging</li>
        </ol>
    </li>
    <li>
        Please take note that every Land Ownership Transfer will incur Stamp Duty and will be processed by the Valuation Section, Land Department. <p>To expediate the process, the listed information and documents below are required to be submitted to the Valuation Section; </p>

<li>A copy of the Survey Map ( RSO ) scaled 1 : 2500 showing the location of the subject lot</li>
    <li>The address of the land and buildings
        <ul>
            <li>Building Number, Simpang Number, the name of the nearest road</li>
        </ul>
    </li>
        <li>The geographical features of the land eg. Flat, hilly, swampy</li>
        <li>Earthworks such as land filling and leveling.
            <ul>
                <li>The year the earthwork been done -filling or levelling</li>
                <li>Estimated cost, area, height -filling or levelling.</li>
                <li>Source of the land used for filling the land</li>
            </ul>
        </li>
        <p>If <strong>the transferred land has been developed with buildings,</strong> the followings are to be submitted to the related Land District Office. </p>
        <li> The Building/s Plans.
            <ul>
                <li>Site development plan</li>
                <li>Building Floor Plan (Floor Area Plan) –all floor levels</li>
                <li>Front / Back / Side View Plans of The Building (Cross Section /Side / Elevation Plans)</li>

            </ul>
        </li>
        <li>The building information
          <ul>
            <li>Type of building -residential, mixed development properties, commercial properties, factories, workshops, warehouses - please submit:  </li>
            <li>Building Manager's name, address, company name and telephone number (where applicable).</li>
            <li>Tenant's name for each building/ parcel/ unit (where applicable). </li>
            <li>Rental value</li>
            <li>Tenancy terms -start and end date of renting each building/ parcel / unit (where applicable). </li>
            <li>Certificate of Building Insurance Premium</li>
            <li>The latest Building Tax payment receipt for the land in the Municipal area (where applicable). </li>
            <li>The receipts of building/s maintenance costs.</li>
            <li>The receipts (where applicable) of building/s management fees - cleaning, water supply, electricity, telephone, insect control (where applicable).</li>
          </ul>
        </li>

                <li>Financial Statement (for the last 3 years)</li>

            <li>Proposal Plan for access road submitted must be clear with indicators as below :-
    <ul>
                <li>Land Position</li>
                <li>Lot Number / TOL Number</li>
                <li>The main route that connects the entrance to the lot in need of access road</li>
            </ul>
            </li>
            <li>If the proposed access road involving private lots or TOL land, a letter of permission from property owners should be provided.</li>
        </ol>

<h4>Change Of Land Title Special Condition</h4>

          <li>IC for Applicant and Spouse</li>

          <li>Approval Letter and Location Map Access Road approved to the Lot applied for Change of Land Title Special Condition. (IF there is no access road to the applied Lot) </li>
          <li>For multiple owners, written agreement signed by all owners endorsed in High Court is required to be attached</li>
